Brian Bossard, MD, FACP, FHM

Brian Bossard, MD, FHM, received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He completed his medical training and internal medicine residency training at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE and is board-certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Bossard was co-founder of Lincoln Internal Medicine Associates and served as President and Managing Partner before founding Inpatient Physician Associates in 2001 where he currently serves as CEO.

Among his leadership positions, Dr. Bossard has served as Chairman of the Department of Medicine and as Chief of Staff at Bryan Medical Center, and on the Board of Directors of Bryan Medical Center. He founded hospital medicine programs in North Platte, NE and Columbus, NE, and provided consultation services for many hospital medicine programs around the country. He also served as a charter member of “Team Hospitalist," the physician editorial-advisory panel for the Society of Hospital Medicine publication, The Hospitalist. Dr. Bossard also co-founded telemedicine practices including Teledigm Health, Teledigm Physician Services, and Bryan Telemedicine.

Dr. Bossard was raised in Lincoln, NE. He and his wife Monica have two daughters and eight grandchildren.
