Inpatient Physician Associates (IPA) have been at the forefront of the hospital medicine movement for many years. As a result of our tireless pursuit of quality and service, IPA has gained a national reputation of excellence.
Dr. Nicole Anderson has been named the Clinical Director for IPA Columbus, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program. Dr. Anderson is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center where she also completed her internal medicine residency training. Dr. Anderson then completed a chief residency year at UNMC before joining IPA in 2005. IPA is excited to benefit from Dr. Anderson’s leadership and experience while overseeing the Columbus program.

Dr. Scott Heasty has been named the Director of Schedule Development for IPA. Originally from Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Dr. Heasty is a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he also completed his Internal medicine residency. Dr. Heasty is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been with Inpatient Physician Associates since its inception in 2002. IPA is excited to benefit from Dr. Heasty’s experience in the area of schedule management.

Dr. Andrea Settje is a native of Grand Island, Nebraska. She received a BS in Microbiology at Colorado State University, her medical degree from the University of Nebraska in 2003, and completed her residency at the University of Wisconsin in 2006. Andrea has been board certified in Internal Medicine and practiced with IPA since the fall of 2006. Dr. Settje will be instrumental in the implementation of clinical quality and patient safety initiatives at BryanLGH.
